First of all, we would like to thank you for your interest in purchasing from us that’s why we will make sure to let you know about our refund policy as mentioned below

AFTER ACTIVATION, WE OFFER A REFUND WHEN YOU HAVE PROBLEMS OR SOMETHING’S WRONG WITH YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. THE REFUND OPTION IS VALID FOR 7 DAYS AFTER ACTIVATION.

NOTE 1 : 1 MONTH REFUND VALID ONLY FOR 3 DAYS.
NOTE 2 : 24 HOURS NOT INCLUDED IN THE REFUND PROGRAM, ONLY IF IT DIDN’T WORK FROM THE BIGINING.

At Esclussiva we are responsible for activating the subscription for the agreed on period.

We activate and send the IPTV Subscriptions within 5min to 5h hours after placing the order. And in this period you can ask only for order cancelation.

If there’s something wrong with your order or subscription, please contact us first in any time With an explanation of the problem you are facing and we will be happy to assist you reviewing the case and we will send a replacement or we can refund your money if we didn’t resolved the problem.

Nevertheless, here on Esclussiva we don’t have any control over the content provided or any of its related issues due to the nature of IPTV.
